5– PRELIMINARY PREPARATION FOR PRODUCTION

According to the security level , the production of the order, whose material selection and design is determined, is programmed. AutoCAD, Catia etc. Manufacturing drawings and dimensions are determined by using programs and taken into production.

6– QUALITY CONTROL

Our production facility is located in the Defense Cluster Campus in Kahramankazan district of Ankara .

2 - Factory Building:
It was built on thechoice of building of our production facility, the manufacture of all kinds of bulletproof and bomb-proof products , and vehicle armoring

Production and vehicle armoring are carried out in a closed area of 3,000 m2 ^of our facility, which has a total area of 5,000 m2 ^.

In an open area of 2,000 m2 ^, armored and armored vehicles remain in the facility, ensuring security and secrecy . It also provides stock space for the armored guard posts we manufacture .

3 - Machinery and Equipment:

All machines and equipment in the production facility have been specially built for " manufacturing bulletproof and bomb resistant products " and " vehicle armoring ".

With specially manufactured machinery and equipment using the latest technology , flawless , robust and durable products are produced in accordance with the determined safety level .

4 - Institution Rooms and R&D Laboratory:

Our Production Facility has the National Facility Security Certificate and the NATO Facility Security Certificate . Security products are produced according to this confidentiality in the Production Facilities.

There are " Secure Institution Rooms " with all kinds of office equipment in our Production Facility for the security and confidentiality of the production and the monitoring of the production under control, so that domestic and foreign institutions and organizations can work .
